Partner David Burbridge leads the firm’s Estate & Special Needs Planning practice.  Assisted by associate Heather Dennehy, Mr. Burbridge provides a broad range of trust and estate services to help clients preserve their wealth, and to enable them to pass assets to their beneficiaries in the most appropriate and tax-efficient manner.  He is also deeply committed to advising families of individuals with disabilities, working closely with those families seeking governmental services, and in securing those benefits through the use of Supplemental Special Needs Trusts.
